Why My Story Will Shock You... And How After What Seemed To Be An Endless Battle, I Eventually Learned How To Make Restaurant Style Meals From Home.
I've always loved seeing my friends and family lick their fingers clean because of how scrumptious the dinner I prepared was. It's never seems to fail to put a smile on my face. But you see it wasn't always that way.
My problem was never being able to to find that perfect restaurant style recipe cookbook. You know the ones that give you a step by step, ingredients with all the details to make the perfect Lobster Fondue like from Red Lobster or perhaps that finger licking Chicken Tequila Pasta from C.P.K (California Pizza Kitchen).
Unfortunately my home library of restaurant style cookbooks have been put to rest. But believe it or not they do make amazing paper weights.
Why have I given up? Well you see, it seems that know matter how hard I try with these off the shelf Restaurant style cookbooks that are limited on information for preparing or cooking the delicious meals - I just can't replicate that savory taste that my favorite restaurants put in their food.

What I Found In These Ridiculolus Cookbooks...
Over and over again I found famous restaurant recipes that of course didn't expose there secrets (that might be a little too much to ask if they want to stay in business) or maybe not the exact secret ingredients but something similar that gives us at home copycat chefs that special unique taste that we all love so much.For example in a restaurant style cookbook that i recently purchased the Blooming Onion dipping sauce. The main ingredient being mayo which is not completely right and I could tell that something seriously went wrong when I tasted it. it's just not the same.
"All I wanted was that last ingredient or detail that would have given the 16th odd restaurant style cookbook its edge".
I Searched and Searched...
through many restaurant style cookbooks
and spent long nights trying to find recipes that have been tried and perfected by other home chefs. I went searching through all the free restaurant recipes all over the internet. I tried them but no luck I was better off with my shelf bought books.I was really disappointed because nothing came close to what my friends and family get at our favorite restaurants. What my goal was to bring that authentic restaurant style experience and food at any given moment!

Yes I did and to my surprise it looked promising. The cookbooks author is Ron Douglas "Americas Most Wanted Recipes
". It just looked to simple it was all there the preperation, measurements, ingredients, temps, times and all.
Sounds good does't it (at least it sounded good). It was easy they have a hardcover book or like I did I just downloaded Americas Most Wanted Recipes
straight from there website.
Oh and I also joined joined there huge community. It seems that everyone tries the recipes and rants about them and how they can make the dishes even better. This was truly a god send!
The cookbook was nothing too fancy, but then again if you want the recipes to be as simple to see as they are to make then this restaurant recipee book is for you. I put my stamp of approval and recomend it to everyone who just loves cooking,
