Repayment Plan: You setup a repayment plan with your mortgage lender that is a separate "loan" where you pay what you owe in back mortgage payments including additional costs, over a period of time. You will also have to make your monthly mortgage payment on time.

Refinance: You could refinance your mortgage to lower your mortgage payments so you can afford them. Usually, you can only refinance if you are up to date on your current mortgage.
