Wii Fit Balance Board Challenges Players with Aerobic Exercises, Yoga, and Strength Training
There is great software included that features dozens of different activities like aerobics, yoga, and strength training. There is also a really cool calendar that tracks your goals, weight loss, flexibility, and progress. It's like having an interactive virtual personal trainer.
You can use the board through several styles of exercise depending on the activity, standing on it to do a tree pose in yoga, for instance, or stepping on and off it for aerobics.
Wii Fit is a great way to get fit, and have fun doing it.
