LBI is about my favorite place to visit. I like to go in the summer for the beaches, but I enjoy the tranquility it offers off season as well!

One of the really special things about Long Beach Island is the lack of fast food restaurants, and other popular chains. Long Beach Island is full of small businesses, family homes, and locals.

Forget TG-whatevers, and try Pinky's or Buckalews. Forget Apple-what, and try The Marlin or Panzones.

What you'll find here is families playing together, families dining together and families spending quality time with one another. Forget the miles long boardwalk, and enjoy the simple games of miniature golf, or a little bit of arcade excitement at Fantasy Island, which also boasts a few rides for the kids. It's a family place, and it's a great place for beach vacations.

I've been going to LBI (Long Beach Island) for over 40 years now, and no matter where I roam, nothing has captured my heart like this barrier island called Long Beach Island.
