10 Reasons to Hate Megan Fox (Not!)

Just a Wee Bit Silly
I am not really a "hate" people type of person but there are lots of "hate" directed comments and news stories about Megan Fox that I thought it would make an interesting lens on the inane reasons people choose to dislike others.
To clarify, these are not reasons I hate Megan Fox. I actually enjoy her.

The most obvious choice is her beauty. Both men and women love and hate her because of her beauty.
Sex Appeal
It is probably one of the first things women will go to when they attack another woman. Megan has often been described as both sleazy and sexy; as well as a lot of other terms I cannot use on this g-rated site.
Love Her or Hate Her?
Simple Question, Simple Answer
Boyfriend / Husband
The most common dis about her boyfriend (now husband) Brian Austin Green, was that he was kind of geeky when he was on Beverly Hills 90210. Who was not geeky when they were younger? He is pretty damn hot now! [I am pretty disappointed Terminator was canceled.]
Transformers
Megan Fox helped turned up the heat for Transformers. But fans of the series were pretty disappointed about the blatant use of Fox for part two. Then there are those who are peeved she was not in the third installment.

Toe Thumb
It has been called stubby, it has been called chubby, it has been called freaky, it has even been called scary. Seriously? Whoever thought this up should be lined up in front of 100 people who scream out their differences. It is a thumb people, the fact that it is a little stubby does not make her any less beautiful or any more weird than anyone else.
There Is No Filter
Megan Fox says what she thinks when she is thinking it and she does not apologize for it. Many people think she is too outspoken for her own good / age / sex. A woman that speaks her mind, is a bad thing in many circles but especially Hollywood.
Looking Like Angelina Jolie
She has been ragged incessantly for trying to look like Angelina Jolie. Beautiful, dark hair, tattoos, sexy, actress; yeppers to all, definitely trying to be like Angie and she is doing it all the way to the bank. Who was Angie trying to emulate when she came on the seen?
Terrible Actress
We all have different tastes when it comes to the types of movies we like. Megan has shown she can adapt to many roles from television to the big screen. Has she been typecast? Sure, but so have 80% of actors and actresses in Hollywood. She is young. She is still working and I do not mean to beat a dead horse but... she is laughing all the way to the bank people. If she was not good at what she does she still would not be making money mainstream. While you might not like her acting, many others obviously do.

I have seen numerous quotes from Megan's twitter. I have not seen a verified twitter account for Megan Fox. What does that mean? It probably is not Megan Fox, so do not quote it! And it is definitely not a valid reason for hating Megan.

Love Her, Hate Her, or Ambivalent?
Let us know but be nice about it. This is a G-rated lens so any swearing comments will not be approved (yes, that includes the "S" word, the "B" word and anything else you would not say to your grandmother).

- Really kind of ambivalent. I didn't like the Transformers movies, but it was not because of her. And I have never seen her in anything else. I certainly don't hate her though. And she really is kinda hot.

- Your "Love Her or Hate Her" question isn't that simple to me. I'm not sure what to think about her. I love how she looks, but I really think she's bad at acting. Also, I like tattoos, but I think hers are pretty cheesy and they do somehow remind of Angelina's tattoos. I do like her boyfriend though :D always did!

- she is attractive, but probably not the best actress. Plus, she might be a smidge too skinny.. I don't hate her (I don't even know the girl), she is not painted all that good by the media. I think they want women not to like her, in order to make the men like her that much more. If I could make money from my good looks (haha) I'd do the same thing she is. Wow, I never realized I had this much to say about her!

- I like Megan Fox, I definitely cant recall seeing her acting skils...I didnt even know she had tatoos!! I loved her in Eminem and Rihannas video; I thought she played the scenes of the music vid very well. I must say, this a very interesting lens!!

- ambivalence suggest strongly feeling for both options, as in not being sure if your love or dislike is stronger. i think the word you were looking for here squidoo was apathetic. i love these sights just as much as the next person, and though they are admittedly trivial we can at least attempt to add some credibility for what it is that's being said (or asked in this case).

- Megan Fox is a very photogenic gal but I can't say I love or hate her. I haven't seen any of her movies so I don't know if she is a very good actress. I've watched a few talk shows where she was a guest and she seems rather average. I can say I'm not a fan of tattoos. :)
