Here's my list of the 10 best action movies of 2007

1) Bourne Ultimatum - A fast pased movie throughout with Matt Daman once again playing the smart and enigmatic Jason Bourne.

2) 300 - My second favorite battle film next to Braveheart, this movie displays some great visual effects, on-going battle scenes, and a look into the politics involved in a great battle movie.

3) Transformers - Another great action film of 2007, with an explosive and visually entertaining fight scene to end the movie off.

4) War - An awesome martial arts action film starring Jason Statham and Jet Lee, this one has ending I never saw coming.

5) Shooter - Starring Mark Wahlberg this movie is similar in some ways to the Bourne movies, and with an great ending that makes this film well worth watching.

6) Shoot Em Up - Starring Clive Owen, this is one of them rare action films that I can watch over and over again with plenty of laughs and more than enough gun fighting.

7) Live Free Or Die Hard (Die Hard 4) - Bruce Willis was and not as good as he was in the previous Die Hard films; However this movie still provides plenty of action and entertainment throughout.

8) 3:10 To Yama - Starring Russell Crowe and Christian Bale, this movie has a few good scenes, with Russell Crowe's character making the movie worth watching, while Christain Bale to me seemed a little lame.

9) Spider-Man 3 - This one was probably the most action packed of all the spider-man movies, however I didn't think the bad guys were as entertaining as they could have been.

10) Smoking Aces - Starring Jason Piven and Ray Liotta, I found Smoking Aces a little confusing, but I was never really bored throughout the film and thought it had some good entertainment value.

1) The Dark Knight - The Joker played by Heath Ledger in his final role made this movie well worth watching, and in my opinion the best of all the Batman movies.

2) Taken - I Thought the fight scenes and tempo of this movie worked quite well and had a great ending...

3) Quantum Of Solace - I wasn't a big fan of Daniel Craig in Casino Royale, however this Bond movie was much better than I thought it would be, and not as over the top as some of the other Bond films.

4) Body Of Lies - This war on terrorism movie starring Leonardo Dicaprio and Russell Crowe was much better than I expected and Dicaprio playing an equally entertaining character as the one he performed in Blood Diamond.

5) Iron Man - Not as much action scenes as I would of thought, but Robert Downey Junior and Jeff Bridges play their parts well.

6) Rambo - Not quite as good probably because of Sly's age, this Rambo was still a great action packed and exciting film right up until the very end.

7) Wanted - While the curving bullets and the scene toward the end was a bit far fetched, I still enjoyed the character and the some of the fight scene throughout this movie.

8) Hell Boy II - Hell Boy wasn't as funny has he was in the first movie, but I thought the story line and characters were an improvement.

9) The Incredible Hulk - Much better than the original Hulk with a better lot and an exciting pase especially in the first half of the movie.

10) Never Back Down - A very predictable movie that doesn't leave many suprises, this High School/Fight Club style movie still has some martial art fight scenes that provide some good entertainment.

My choices for 10 best action movies of all time

1) Predator- Arnie has made so many memorable action film that its debatable as to which is his best. Personally I thought Predator had a great action packed story, interesting characters, and unforgetable scenes.

2) Under Siege - The best of the Steven Siegal movies, and also thought Tommy Lee Jones played an awesome bad guy.

3) True Lies - Another spectacular Arnie movie with plenty of memorable scenes that can be watched over and over again. It was a unique story with Arnie juggling his life as a spy and that of a husband concerned about his marriage.

4) Kill Bill Volume one and two - By far the best martial arts action movie of all time, each individual combat scene was done the best it could have been done and some funny and interesting dialog.

5) Brave Heart - Like I said earlier this is the best battle movie I've seen, and even though the ending is fairly tragic it portrays the character of William Wallace and what he was able to inspire.

6) Terminator 2 - I've seen this movie that many times I've lost count, some of the best Arnie quotes and especially liked the opening and ending scenes as well as the motor bike/truck chase scene.

7) First Blood - Only slightly better than the rest of the Rambo movies, manly for the plot and the way that the character of John Rambo was explained.

8) Speed - One of the only Keanu Reeves films I like, I also liked the part played by Dennis Hopper as the bad guy.

9) Bourne Ultimatum - A part from the Kill Bill movies this is the most entertaining and memorable action films I've seen in recent years.

10) Die Hard - No one plays the part of an alcholic messed up rouge cop like Bruce Willis. And while I thought that part 3 was slightly better, this one is still has to be considered in the top 10 action movies of all time.
