Who is Emperor Qin Shi Huang?
The First Emperor of China
In an effort to unify China, Emperor Qin Shi Huang order the many defensive state walls of China to be unified into one long Great Wall. But that's not all he did. Emperor Qin also ordered many books to be burnt, specifically those that would encouraged different ways of thinking. He even had several hundred scholars buried alive for owning these books.
