Great Stuff on Amazon
There's 100 calories and then there's 100 calories.
There are many pre-packaged 100 calorie snacks but be aware; many are loaded with sugar or high-fructose corn syrup. Check salt and fat content. Many times the combined numbers can negate the health benefits of a 100 calorie snack. And from an economical stand point - many pre-packaged 100 calorie snacks are more expensive when compared to buying a full size package and rationing the snack. Chocolate-Banana Grahams

Here's an interesting list of "negative calorie" foods. When you eat these foods raw or in some cases slightly cooked with nothing on them your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the actual food. Add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most are full of nutrients and won't weigh you down.apple

- Hi!!! I love this list. I want to try everything on it! I am not one to sit with a small snack, only because they never quite satisfy me. But these all look like there more than just a plain, dull DIET snack. Thank you!
