What's in a name..?

These 101 romantic baby names are just a very small amount of all the romantic baby names in the world.

The baby boy names are majestic and strong.

The baby girl names are as musical as whispers in the wind.

Your baby name is a gift from your parents. This gift stays with you your whole life. It comforts you when you are sad.

And when you are alone, it reminds you of those who love you.

Let me introduce myself...

My name is Benedict Manovill.

While studying at a monastery I specialized in calligraphy, or artistic writing, and the history of names.

In my job I produce thousands of personalized name scrolls. Some are unique graduation gifts for college grads, unique personalized baptismal gifts and unique gift ideas for a husband and wife to share. Others are unique gifts for friends and family, a unique gift for a girlfriend, or personalized newborn twin gifts.

Customers like the name scrolls so much, they write me again and again :-)

    Hi Angie,

Finally someone with some taste! I've always loved the name Lucius for a boy, other favourites are; Leonidas, Khalid, Manasseh (biblical - who was a King) pronounced Manassa and Stephanos.

As for girls, top of the list are; Esther Leah (my friend name her 2nd daughter this), Davinia (feminine of David), Calliopi (Greek mythology - the muse of poetry), Elysia (from the Greek, elysium - meaning Sanctuary), Isabella and Zenobia (an ancient Queen of Palmyra).

    Cheers Sophia

My favorite baby name is my own. I've never met another Kama out there (meaning love in Sanscrit). I like other weird names like Parsipany, Ditch (to scare my mom), Lorelai, Adalee, Basil, Yul and Kalana to name a few. Some are just made up, but some are from real people. :) Cool site.

I see my name listed in romantic names above and on the website so I feel doubly blessed.I notice girls are given boys' names as Georgie, Dylan, and Charlie. Is this trend continuing? I hope they don't get my name - William! A friend has your scrolls. They're great and I will get a couple for family
