When they don't fit anymore, donate them back to where they came from. Jeez, you only paid $5 for that pair of pants, let em go already.

How many times do you look in the mirror and call yourself fatty farkelson? How often do you step on the scale and then burst into tears? Booking a flight to somewhere exotic? If you are over 300 pounds you may have to pay for two seats. Um, hello.... I opt for the cheap single seat and twice as many vacations!

You Want To Be Able To Move Without Being Short of Breath

It's no secret that the heavier you are, the harder it is to move around. The more you move, the more weight you will lose, of course, in conjunction with a healthy eating plan. Walking each day is a great way to start out. Try about 20 - 30 minutes at the most brisk pace you can manage. Once you have mastered that, try adding an extra 5 minutes to that total each week. You will absolutely see results in about four to six weeks.
