Super 110cc Pocket Bikes Overview

The big engined super pocket bikes usually come equipped with Chinese made 110cc Lifan 4-cycle engines. These pocket rockets are known for insane speeds and excellent reliability. They're not only known for reliabilty, as they often have top speeds capable of exceeding the speed limit on most highways.

A typical 110cc gas pocket bike will have a top speed of 60-70mph, which is why they're also known as pocket rockets. As being a super pocket, they are approx 1/2 scale models of full size motorcycles with working turn signals, tail lights, speedometer and even a horn. Great starter bikes for teenagers or even adults looking to goof around and have fun on a less expensive machine.

110cc Pocket Bike Engines

The 110cc Lifan engines used commonly in super pocket bikes are built using Honda tooling and were in fact actually used (the design) back in the 70's on Honda motorcycles. This is a tried and true engine with proven reliabilty that makes great power.

These engines are also found on many mini quads, atv's, mini choppers and pit bikes. They come standard with automatic or 4 speed manual transmissions. You can usually retrofit these larger engines on 49cc mini pocket bikes, depending on how much room is available. Prices as low as $200 on eBay, up to $350 depending on shipping and where they come from.
