1505 Elm Condos

1505 Elm is a high-rise condominium building in Downtown Dallas, TX. Originally a bank and office building, 1505 Elm was transformed to residential units back in 2003. The one, two and three bedroom condos are finished out with luxury amenities like granite counters, hardwood floors and marble baths. 1505 is one of the few luxury condo buildings in downtown - most buildings are loft style and the home are much more rustic.
