More Government is not the Solution to our problems. It takes away our freedoms which have been untaught in the school system and taken for granted.

Barack Obama did not choose Reverend Wright's church for its Christian principles. He chose it for its Black Liberation theology, which is an explicitly Marxist interpretation of the Bible whose aim it is to stir up class andrace hatred to advance communism...

One of their beliefs which is antithetical to traditional Christianity is collective salvation. Sin is not individual, but collective and it cannot be overcome by religious conversion. According to liberation theologies, God does not save men. Man saves himself through a political process of absolute social justice. This is not in Christian doctrine, but it is Marxist.

Can man successfully redeem himself through collective transformation (salvation) and liberation?

Pope Benedict says emphatically "No", in "Truth and Tolerance." He writes about the fall of the Soviet Union:
"...where the Marxist ideology of liberation has been consistently applied, a total lack of freedom had developed, whose horrors were now laid bare before the eyes of the entire world. Wherever politics tries to be redemptive (granting salvation from sins) it is promising too much. Where it wishes to do the work of God, it becomes not divine, but demonic."p. 116-Truth and Tolerance

Barack Obama spoke to graduates of Wesleyan College recently, taking the place of Edward Kennedy. Here is his quote about collective salvation:

"It's because you have an obligation to yourself. Because our individual salvation depends on collective salvation. Because thinking only about yourself, fulfilling your immediate wants and needs, betrays a poverty of ambition. (ambition for what-power)"

Barack Obama made some largely unnoticed comments in June of 2007 concerning the U.S. being "no longer a Christian nation" but also a nation of others including Muslims and nonbelievers. Obama was asked to clarify his remarks and repeated them to the Christian Broadcast Network. He stated in an email to CBN News senior national correspondent David Brody, "Whatever we once were, we're no longer just a Christian nation, we are also a Buddhist nation, a Hindu nation and a nation of nonbelievers."

This may be news to the Pew Forum. In a 148-page study, released on February 26, 2008, by the U.S. Religious Landscape Survey, they found that 78.4% of Americans are Christians, about 5% belong to other faith traditions and 16.1% are unaffiliated with any particular religion. The study was conducted for more than a year with interviews taking place from May 8 to August 13, 2007. The interviews were in English and Spanish with a representative sample from more than 35,000 adults and can be found at the pewforum.

The statement "no longer a Christian nation" plays to the non-majority. All in all the U.S. is a Christian nation. Barack Obama states that the Christian right exploits what divides us as a nation. Just what is he trying to do?

The Coalition Against Anti-Christian Rhetoric is airing a tv commercial in South Dakota juxtaposing the audio "no longer Christian" statement over images of the presidential candidate dressed in a Somali outfit and a picture of Barack Obama with his hands placed below his waist while other politicians have their hands over their hearts during the Pledge of Allegiance. What does this say about Obama? Where are his ties? After all the Church he belonged to for 20 years had a Pastor (Jeremy Wright) that preached nothing but hate and divisiveness in stating, "God damn America." No Christian minister does this? What is Barack Obama trying to promote?

George Soros' coup was ten years in the making. Since 1994, he had worked with a network of left wing foundations to fund a $140-million-dollar lobbying drive to favor "campaign finance reform." The campaign succeeded in passing the McCain-Feingold Act, which, by outlawing "soft-money" donations, in effect de-funded the Democratic Party. As a result of the Act, the Democratic Party could no longer collect the multi-million-dollar donations from labor unions which were its lifeblood.

George Soros stepped in with the Shadow Party to collect the donations instead.

The Democratic Party now driven to the brink of bankruptcy, George Soros then offered to save it. George Soros, in effect, privatized the Party, by setting up a network of privately-owned, non-profit groups which would raise the big campaign contributions, which the Party was now not permitted to raise itself.

A new book, by David Horowitz and Richard Poe, The Shadow Party, describes George Soros' achievement, Soros' followers and contributors act as a mirror image or shadow of the real Democratic Party. During the 2004 election cycle, the Shadow Party raised more than $300 million for the Democrat cause, however they spent the money itself. This allowed it to shape the politics of the Democratic campaign and control the party's future.

This is very scary! One left wing person, George Soros has changed the politics of a political party and literally control its actions.

What is Really the Cost of Global Warming & Going Green?

What is really the cost of "Going Green"? It isn't the cost of buying recycled products. It isn't the price of replacing incandescent light bulbs with energy saving florescent light bulbs. It isn't using ethanol or purchasing a hybrid car.

It is the average family paying $1,000-$4,000 more per year in energy costs. It is an estimated 86% increase in electricity costs and 53% rise in gas prices. It is food prices skyrocketing because of energy costs. It is the gross domestic product being reduced by $200 billion annually. So what, it's just numbers. No it is an estimated 1-7 million job loss for US citizens in the next 14 years. 14 years is not that far away. This is not being chic or in style buying green products, thinking green. It is a loss of our freedom and a drastic lifestyle change. And there is more.

What it is, is a much larger global plan to redistribute wealth from the rich development nations to jealous dictatorships who won't allow their own citizens to gain wealth through free markets. It is the United Nations lurking in the background with over 50% of its membership consisting of countries with peoples whose rights have been repressed. It is another try at communism except on a global scale this time. It is environmental groups who really think the environment and nature (Gaia) should be worshiped instead of God. It is the belief that every single creature living on earth is equal to man, hence no development of our own oil resources.

Everyone complains about George Bush and what a terrible president he has been. Well one of the most significant and positive things he hasn't done is to sign the Kyoto Accord. The Kyoto Accord, backed by the United Nations, environmentalists and "High priest" Al Gore, would drive up the cost of modern living so much that everyone's lifestyles would be changed forever. The Kyoto Accord calls for drastically-reduced energy standards rolling emissions back to 7% below 1990 levels. So, big deal. That has nothing to do with me. Going back to 1990 energy growth plus 7% of that means going back to energy consumption before computers became a mainstay of the American economy. Real growth did not even start in the United States until the early 1990's. Here is where the change really comes.

To meet these standards the US government will need to force down energy use and enforce a massive energy tax to drive down energy consumption. There's no other way to force people to change their lifestyles so drastically than to tax the dickens out of them to force less energy consumption. We can't afford high taxes and high food and high gas and heating. Are you looking forward to this yet? Here comes the reduction in house size, fewer cars, more mass transportation, more smart growth (lots of people crammed into small spaces near their work or mass transportation) and smaller families (too many people live on earth and we're just as important as the rest of the animals). Are you with me yet? Do you love it?

Don't buy into every "green scheme". There's more there than recycled products, florescent light bulbs, hybrid cars and ethanol. I haven't even touched on the Treaty for Biodiversity which Bush has thank heavens not signed. More on that later. Please stay awake and think!

Brought up a Baptist and a seminary student for a while,Al Gore has a calvinist heritage and was taught that people by nature are capable of horrendous evil and enormous good. Al Gore has gone in the direction of horrendous evil with this global warming hoax and he has hypnotized a good portion the whole world to "go green" before the earth is destroyed.

There is nothing wrong with taking care of the earth, our environment and recycling but Gore has stepped over the edge into something entirely different-the "Worship of the Earth". This has probably occurred gradually over a number of years.

Anyone who has studied the global environmental movement has no doubt heard the term, "Gaia". I had not. Gaia is cunning mixture of science, paganism, eastern mysticism and feminism. It is a uniting of all life forms around the goddess of "Mother Earth". This religious movement, with cult-like qualities, is being promoted by leading figures and organizations such as as former vice President Al Gore, broadcaster Ted Turner , the United Nations and its various NGO's.

Al Gore's book "Earth in Balance" is just one of many books that unabashedly proclaims the deity of Earth and blames the falling away from this Pagan God on the environmentally unfriendly followers of Jesus Christ. The United Nations has been extremely successful in infusing the "Green Religion" into an international governmental body that has increasing affect and control over all our lives. Everything is "think green". Don't you feel like it is being crammed down your throats. I do.

The new cult of Gaia is a rehashed, modern version of the paganism in the Bible. Science, evolution theory and a space age mentality. There have been other movements that have presented similar revelations about the deity of a living earth, but Gaia has succeeded in uniting the environmental movement, the new age movement, Eastern religions and even the leaders of many Christian denominations behind a bastardized version where the others weren't able to.

Don't believe Al Gore is connected to this? Here are several quotes from "Earth in Balance":

"The richness and diversity of our religions tradition throughout history is a spiritual resource long ignored by people of faith who are often afraid to open their minds to teachings first offered outside their systems of belief. But the emergence of a civilization in which knowledge moves freely and almost instantaneously through the world has spurred a renewed investigation of the wisdom distilled by all faiths. This panreligious perspective may prove especially important where our global civilization's responsibility for the earth is concerned." (pp. 258-259)

Gore praises the Eastern religions and new age spiritualism, while blaming Chrisitanity for the elimination of the ancient goddess religion and calls for a new spiritual relationship between man and earth.

"The spiritual sense of our place in nature predates Native American cultures; increasingly it can be traced to the origins of human civilization. A growing number of anthropologists and archeomythologists, such as Marija Gimbutas and Riane Esler argue that the prevailing ideology of belief in prehistoric Europe and much of the world was based on the worship of a single earth goddess, who was assumed to be the fount of all life and radiated harmony among all living things. Much of the evidence for all existence of this primitive religion comes from the many thousands of artifacts uncovered in ceremonial sites. These sites are so widespread that they seem to confirm the notion that a goddess religion was ubiquitous through much of the world until the antecedents of today's religions, most of which still have a distinctly masculine orientation...swept out of India and the Near East, almost obliterating belief in the goddess. This last vestige of goddess worship was eliminated by Christianity as late as the fifteenth century in Lithuania."

Where did Al Gore fall off the ship? This thinking should be extremely troubling to Christians and should be a signal not to buy into all the Global Warming Theory. Everyone should take care of the earth, but it doesn't mean worshiping an earth goddess.

There is more troubling evidence of Gore's ulterior monetary gains from all of the "Greening of the Earth". There is much more to come...it is very complex and deceiving.

Illegal aliens commit some of the most violent crimes today. The police in these cities hoever cannot use the most obvious tool to apprehend them, their immigration status. In LA members of a ruthless El Salvador prison gang have found their way into town after being deported for such crimes as murder, assault with a deadly weapon and drug trafficking. The illegals are not treated as criminals, it is the cops. What is going on?

The LAPD has a ban on immigration enforcement, as do many immigrant-saturated cities in the U.S. These cities have "sanctuary policies" which prohibit city employees, including cops, from reporting any immigration violations. The immigrant lobbies are very powerful.

The only way to slow down illegal immigration is to remove the jobs magnet. Enforcing laws against illegal labor are however not a top priority for the government.

One of the most profound breakdowns is the distinction between legal and illegal entry. Illegal aliens receive free public education, free medical care at taxpayer expense; many states offer driver's licenses. Illegals receive college scholarships and reduced in-state tuition. Illegal aliens speak loudly about their rights to work, drive, be educated.

No poll shows that Americans want open borders. A huge majority, at least 60%, want to put a stop to illegal immigration. Why is all this happening? Our country is changing right in front of our eyes and nobody in power wnt to do anything about it. How did this all start? Who is behind it?

Blame high gas prices and high electricity prices on oil companies, futures speculators, Middle East oil producers, Chinese consumers and natural resource shortages...no blame these on the politicians in Washington, DC. Plus we shouldn't be using energy anyway...global warming you know. We are supposed to walk, use public transportation, drive smaller cars, live in smaller homes near railroad tracks, bus lines, highways (smart growth), use wind power, solar power... the list increases all the time.

The heart of this problem is caused by U.S. government taxation, regulation and sponsorship of litigation. It has made the U.S. an unfavorable place to produce energy which is needed for technology and progress (money). The United States has spent huge amounts of tax money subsidizing inferior energy technologies for political purposes. This country is quickly on the path to being a third world nation.

An estimated 381 nuclear power plants are in design or under construction around the world, yet not one nuclear power plant has been constructed in the U.S. in more than 30 years, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Untapped oil and gas reserves are enormous and the U.S. has 25% of the world's coal. Coal can be liquefied at costs far below world oil prices and our liquid hydrocarbon fuel exceeds the crude coal reserves of the entire world. The Middle East countries must be laughing themselves silly!
Yet the United States government has heavily taxed energy industries and placed so many heavy restrictions on nuclear and hydrocarbon power production that very little development has occurred in two generations. So what is the politician's solution for this...legally require the American food supply to be liquefied and burned for fuel. This has purchased lots of votes in farm states, doubled world grain prices an dramatically increased American food prices! Whose side on they on!

Their thinking is that since we don't have to make things anymore that we will need less energy. The other people in the world who are making their own energy will make everything and send it to us. Then...we can send our money to be printed in China, Columbia and other countries whose printing industries are not being taxed and regulated into bankruptcy. They offer lower printing costs on un-recycled paper.

Why not outsource the printing to China also and they can manufacture useful goods, pay themselves with our money and send the goods to us?

What do you think should be done? Should it be? This is multiple choice. (A)Increase legal requirements to turn our food into fuel? (B) Ban Thomas Edison's electric light bulb? (C) Heavily subsidize spectacularly inefficient solar-electric systems for the rich and paid entirely by tax breaks useful to the rich only? (D) Increase the mythical idea that ordinary Americans must use less energy to save the planet? Or...(E) All of the above.

We really need to choose before gas is $10 per gallon, electricity and gas bills $2,000 per month , energy rationing and technological poverty. We need to pay attention and think hard on this one, not become a nation of sheep. "Going green" really makes me see red!
