On February 3 of 1959, a plane crash took the lives of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper. In the spotlight for 1959: It is fitting that a new set of 3 CD discs will be released Feb 26, 2008 called, "Not Fade Away: Buddy Holly 1957 Complete Recordings" How many of you remember that sad event?
