    Thanks Joan, you have really given me something to think about. Most of my memories are from the 50's and 60's and those are some of the theme parties I have had, but this is a fantastic idea.

    Believe it or not, I have never hosted a theme party! I think the Tate family Spinach Balls would be wonderful for any decade, just the thought makes me want one!

    this really made me smile! it's so funny to see that the eighties are actually BACK in fashion now amongst late-teens and twenty-somethings! i have a bit of a problem about wearing stuff second time around so for me eighties fashion is definitely for the fancy dress party only!! great lens!

    I graduated high school in the heart of the 80s. I loved (still love) the music, I remember using multiple cans of hair spray in a week, and I think an 80s party is a blast! Of course, the last time I went to an 80s themed party it WAS the 80s....Great lens!

    Looks like so much fun! I will have to do this soon. I even recruited my daughter for one of her Halloween costume when she was younger. Spiked hair, hot pink and black with over the top makeup. She loved it. I still have the picture in a frame. Lensrolled to all my 80's lenses. Thanks for sharing.
    BTW- If 'm not mistaken, didn't Tom Cruise wear tighty whities? :D

    Cool lens! I like the music you listed. One of my lenses is all about freestyle music, which is mostly dance love songs, from the 80s. It's a great addition to the party!

    lol!!! So cool! I love the 80s era. I was a teen during them (graduated in 89). It's so funny seeing "80s parties" being done. In my day it was "50s parties". lol!!! Great lens. Blessed by an Angel and lensrolling to my "I Love the 80's" lens.

    This is hilarious! 80's parties are tons of fun to plan and attend. My daughters are very amused to learn about my teenage years and it all seems so silly to look back on now. I had a blast reading this lens and your photos are totally awesome!!

    Kathy and Adam really know how to entertain. Super fun. Our son's friends used to have 80's parties and they used old toys like HeMan as the centerpieces and had announcements around the room on Light Brights. lol
