What is Cash Gifting?

Private cash gifting is a concept embraced by private groups of individuals and has been in existence for many years. Our private activity does not involve network marketing, multi-level marketing, or a business or commercial activity. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this activity.

The concept of private gifting is based upon the fact that both American and Canadian citizens as well as other countries, have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets, and are subject to the rules and regulations established by the laws. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid. These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient.

1. How does a 1-Up system work?

When someone registers under you, they are required to pass up their first pledge to you in order to qualify to receive cash. Once this happens, they become "unattached" and get replaced by their new member. For example, the system successfully registers David. David invites John. Now David is qualified to receive cash pledges from now on. John, however, replaced David in the line and now John needs to pass up his first pledge to you. This is called a "receiving line" and it goes down to infinity. You can have as many receiving lines as you wish for residual income.

2. What makes this program legal?

Cash Gifting itself does not break any U.S. laws at all. However, not all cash gifting programs are legal. The IRS guidelines on gifting are very specific as you saw on the previous page. The FCC has nothing against cash gifting, except for one program that has been shut down in which people participated in a pyramid scheme and promises were made to prospects. 3. This looks too good to be true, what's the catch?

7. Can I upgrade if I sign up at a lower level?

Yes. You can register at any level and later on you can upgrade by sending in the remainder of the pledge for that level. If you register at $500 and down the road you can send in another $1000, you'd then be upgraded to the $1500 level.

Keep in mind that you can only receive as much as you put in. If you register at $500 and someone wants to send you $3,500, you keep $500 (given you're already qualified), and pass up the other $3,000 to the next person above you.

8. What are the costs involved to participate in this activity?

$17 / month - Getresponse Pro Account. You can choose to get your own website hosting accounts at GoDaddy.com or Hostmonster.com for a nominal cost per month (optional, but recommended). We will give you a customized website free of charge. For optimization purposes, however, we recommend you get your own domain and hosting account.

The cost of running your own website would start at around $33/month on your own, and you wouldn't get the automation of our system or the world-class training system. We feel we have something really amazing to offer, and you're free to compare us to other programs. We made sure that we beat our competitors in every aspect.

9. How soon can I start receiving cash pledges?

As soon as you generate enough targeted traffic to your website. You can learn marketing and do your own thing, or you can join our co-ops and have our staff do the marketing for you for a nominal fee and no learning or guess work is required on your part.

But the bottom line is this: as soon as there is a frequent flow of targeted traffic coming to your website, whether it is on day one or day fifty, your system will generate cash.

10. Do I have to be tech savvy to succeed at this?
