I love these books! They provide the basis for good mood. If I feel a bit off, all I need is to pick up one of my favourite comedians, plug the earphones in and within a short time I'm smiling, laughing and the mood level goes straight up!

It's a known fact, that laughing is very healthy, as the body starts to produce all sorts of 'feel well' hormones. If you listen to these humor audiobooks in frnt of a mirror you'll see how your facial expression changes to happy within short. (Using a mirror also provides you a feedback system that increases the efficiency of the process. When you see yourself smile, your brain get's an other positive input!)
