    I love the DK Touch and Feel books. I love books and blocks and simple, classic toys. No whistles and bangs for me (translation: no electronics needed) Blessed.

    I love your selection! I think it's so true what you said about it being so hard selecting just the right present for kids birthdays. I think you have covered a lot of great gifts. The other one that I would add would be the 'Fisher-Price Song and Story Learning Chair' I have it for my 2yo, and my almost 1yo loves it! Highly recommended. Great lens, 5 stars!

    My son's first birthday is coming up soon - yikes! - and I now have some great gift ideas. I really enjoyed your book recommendations. We're already reading "But Not the Hippopotamus" at least once a day and loving it. Thanks for the great suggestions!

    Love the Learning Table toys. Do you have a favorite? I have a 7 month old who will need one soon. As you know, I think that books are great buys too.

    Great lens! Books are such a great idea for little ones! I've had teachers tell me that they could tell that my kids have been read to when they were young. 5 stars!

    Great 5* lens. I wish you'd written this last year when I had to buy gifts for two nephews having their first birthday and I didn't have a clue. Can we have one soon on gifts for 2 year olds - before mid September please! :-)
