2007 Dodge Viper Review

Alright first off I'm just going to say that I do not own this car but I am hoping to one day in the near future. Hopefully that near future is nearer than expected.

A man that I work with owns this car and let me test drive it just the other day. Needless to say, it was an awesome experience and now I want the car of my dreams even more than ever before. I have always loved the Dodge Viper ever since I was a teenager and even thought about driving. The great design of the Dodge Viper is what I always liked about it. It doesn't quite look like any other car on the road. After learning more details about the performance of this vehicle, I decided that I liked it even more.

The 2007 model Dodge Viper first of all of course comes with a V-10 engine and a 6 speed manual transmission. Do not look for this vehicle in automatic because even if they had it, which they don't, it would almost be a sin. The Dodge Viper is and has always been just an all around beast of a car. This recent model comes with 510 HP, which is almost insane, allowing this car to get from 0 to 60 in under four seconds. I did not get to try this out, however, I would probably have been fired or possibly even killed us both. You can also take it up to 100mph in less than 8 seconds and if you are really gutsy, you can take it all the way up to about 190 mph. I didn't get to try that out either.. but even when you are only going a few miles an hour, this car just sounds like it has some guts. It basically makes a rumbling sound wherever you go, no matter how fast you go.

The Dodge Viper has always been a rear wheel drive car. This means you do not want to take it out on a rainy or for that matter, snowy day. This is a good feature to have for performance though. The Dodge Viper is by far not a family vehicle, it has hardly any room for more that two people and is definitely not for children.

The Viper also has exceptionally wide wheels which allow for the car to have great turning performance. It is also very low to the ground for aerodynamics and speed, so watch out for those little hills, its an expensive car to scrape up on speed bumps.

I love the newer generation Viper over those original Vipers, which were notoriously hard to drive. Great lens.
