Question: How do I find out if a 2008 Chrysler 300 touring has all-wheel drive?
I am going to purchase a Chrysler 300 trouring and am wondering how you can tell if it has all wheel drive. Is it standard on the touring?

Answer: Look for the badge "AWD" on the rear of the car, Take the vin number to any chrysler dealer and ask for an option list it will have all the specs on the vehicle. If you have enough ground clearance look for axle shafts to the front wheels.

Question: Does anyone know if all 2008 Chrysler 300 tourings have tire pressure monitoring?
I just baught a Chrysler 300 touring and am wondering if it should have the tire pressure monitoring on it.

Answer: Im not positive but im pretty sure it does. Check the valve caps and stem if the cap and stem are metal than yes and if it has the regular rubber stem then check to see if the cap goes all the way down to the stem if it does than it has tire pressure monitoring on it, if it has a little bit of a gap than it doesn't. I use to work at a shop and thats how we would check for them.

Question: How much gas does a 2008 Chysler 300 4dr rwd take.?
Does it take more than a Lexis?{a car}

Answer: the 2008 Chrysler 300 comes with a 19 gallon tank on an AWD car or a V8 equipped car. The V6 FWD cars come with a 18 gallon tank. As far as comparing it to the Lexus LS460 it has a 22 gallon tank.

Question: Chrysler 300 2008/2007 navigation system??
why cant i put a 2008 navigation system in to my 2007 chrysler 300c??
the new navigation system is much better and has an AUX port...but they say you cant put it in a 2007 chrysler 300? why is that?

Answer: Basically what it comes down to is the new radio and navigation system has a different set up than the 2007 because with that new radio there are more things that are built in the radio as opposed to the 2007 where it used separate devices. For example the 2007 model had a separate Satellite radio receiver where the 2008 has it built into the radio head unit. Also the hands free module is integrated into the radio instead of having a separate module and buttons in the rear view mirror.

With all the integration of these components came less wires, and resulting in the connector configuration to change.

So even though it is the same body style they just changed too many things for the new radio to work with the 2007.

Question: 2008 Chrysler 300 transferring songs... will the battery last?
My dad asked me to transfer 20 gigs of music onto his hard drive in his 2008 Chrysler 300. The transfer is taking a while, so I came inside. The car wasn't on but the key was in the ignition when I started the transfer, but now the car is completely off, the key is inside, but the drive is still transferring songs. It's getting late, so I'm wondering if the drive can remain in the car without completely draining the battery by morning. It will be plugged in for less than 9 hours and will just be using some power from the USB port to remain on, but it won't be transferring anything for much longer. Will the battery die by then?

Answer: 9 hours of use without being charged by the alternator? I'd guess it would be dead.

Question: How can i get the airbag light to go off on my 2008 chrysler 300?

Answer: did you just have any work done to it recently(aftermarket remote start, security system, body work)? if not it could be from some wires rubbing through in the C-pillar wiring harness. chrysler has seen a few of these issues. Anyway it should still be covered under warranty and be fixed for free. They are about the only people who will be able to figure it out. the airbag control module continuously monitors all of the components and wiring so any problem with any of these will cause the light to come on. My best advise is to take it to a good dealer and let a professional figure it out.

Question: 2008 Chrysler 300 LX 2.7L v6 GOOD OR BAD?
I heard it has lot of problems with the engine &/OR transmission..
What do you guys say?

Answer: That monstrosity is the Imperial concept from a couple years ago. Thank god they aren't building it.
The '08 300C just gets a little face lift and update. Slightly different outside, with a little nicer interior. No pics have been seen yet.

what would you think if you saw a 17 year old girl driving a Chrysler 300? i know its a nice expensive car and its my dads but im gonna be driving it because he has a company car but i think it might me a little grandpa-ishh looking? what do you think?

Answer: NAH you'll look cool. Some might say your spoiled or dealing drugs if it's the 300c or srt8 edition but who cares what others think. but beware if your rolling on 20's or more and blacked out windows be prepared to be pulled over. police will want to see who's driving the car and what your up to.they might even pull you over if your doing 32 in a 30 and act like they are letting you off easy with a warning.

Question: Is a 2008 chrysler a good choice?
I am looking for a new car right now. I am kind of on a budget dont really want to go higher than 25,000. I am pretty tall between 6'3 and 6'4 so i need a decent sized car to fit in comfortably.

i was looking at the 2008 chrysler 300 it starts at 25,000 and can get a nice rebate to bring it close to 22,000 - 23,000...

i was just wonder if it was a good choice or not, and if not what other big cars would u recomend?

i have a 94 chrysler lhs now and i love it.

Answer: yess. i just got an 08' sebring & it's amazing. the 300 i see EVERYWHERE, & the mileage stinks. it's about 15 miles to the gallon. what's wrong with a sebring for you? they start at around 20,000. you can probably get one with leather for $350 per month.

definitely go with chrysler. you get that amazing gas deal
