I have a 2010 ford ranger with traction control?
I think Ive heard something about pushing and holding a traction control button for 5 seconds while holding the brake. You should be able to find something in your owners manual as to how to disable it.

If I buy a 2010 Ford Ranger brand new from a Ford Dealer, does it include a full tank of gas?
That's a decision that the dealer itself makes. Manufacturers ship with a minimum of fuel. Most dealers leave half a tank, at least the ones I"ve worked at. If you ask your salesperson, they will likely fill it up for you at no cost.

2010 Ford Ranger w/ Turbo?
How do you think this truck would handle the power upgrade and what brand would you recommend for a decent upgrade? Also, what kind of modifications would need to be done to the hood to accommodate the turbo?
Good luck even finding a turbocharger for a Ranger. If you have a 4.0 you can buy a direct bolt-on supercharger which it will handle nicely. If you have a 2.3 you might as well trade it in on something that is actually meant to go fast.
