Hi, I'm Ken Montville!

Looking for a Realtor who knows the area, knows the market and cares about what you want? You've come to the right place! I work in the College Park area and all the surrounding communities including Greenbelt, Beltsville, Laurel, Bowie, and Silver Spring.

Licensed in 1999, I have always put a lot of stock into continuing education and honing my skills to keep up with the ever changing face of the real estate market including the vast and fast changing aspects of technology. I am currently the Immediate Past President of the MD/DC Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). Realtors who earn the CRS Designation make up only about 3% of all Realtors nationwide. The requirements for earning the CRS Designations combine a commitment to education as well as a moving beyond a benchmark of experience.

I'd love to hear from you.

Here's my calling card.

Sound off: What do we do to help ?

How do you balance the rights of year 'round residents with student housing needs?

Here's what I think: This is a tough one. There is a shortage of student housing to be sure but people who live here need to live with some peace and quiet.
