You can eat with less money
You can if you know what to buy and where to go to get it.
How do we manage to live on less, when today's prices are so high? There are ways, if you know the tricks of the trade. Using coupons, buying sale items and using rebates are some great ways.
Stocking up on sales items, making home made, growing vegetables in your garden, having a fruit tree in your yard.
These are all things that will help.
Here in Oregon we have blackberry bushes every where, so even picking blackberries helps keep us going.

Sure. If I ran out of money or food, I would fast the remaining time. Besides, fasting is beneficial in many ways.

I come from people who could cook all parts but bark, moos a d squeals. I think I could do it. Variety would suffer a bit but there would be something hot and nutritious daily. Inspiring lens. The whole country may be headed there one day!

Yes because it is only me and my boyfriend and it depends on how wise we decide to shop.

No, it would be too hard
Shanna_Redwind says:
I could probably do it for one week, or even two, but on a long term basis, there is no way my family of five could survive on $20 a week. We can however survive on $50 a week. It takes some planning and a fair bit of sacrifice, but it can be done. Alone, yes I could live on $20 a week.

I live in the UK. Even in the best of times, food is a lot more expensive here than it is in the States, so $20 won't go very far. That's why so many people here are so frugal.

- Very interesting lens. I'm not sure that I could do it, but the idea is right. People need to be wary of their spending giving the current situation. Thanks for sharing.
