What is 21 day fast mass building?
The 21 day fast mass building program by Vince Del Monte and Lee Hayward is set to go live on Jan 11th 2011. This is the latest muscle building system and it promises to add up to 12 pounds of rock hard muscle mass in as little as 21 days.
The creators put 100 people though the 21 day program and the average muscle gains were 12 pounds of muscle mass. For just 21 days of training I think we can both agree that these are very impressive results.
Sometime in the next couple of weeks Vince is going to be releasing some of the before and after pics from the 100 people that tested it out. I have already seen Vince's, he gained 7.4 pounds of muscle mass with the 21 day fast mass building system.
