Eye Serum Product Review
As I mentioned in my previous lenses, I've become a huge fan of gold skin care products, and for good reason - read my earlier lenses if you want some info on why gold is such a strong ingredient when it comes to anti-aging skin care.
I've become a big fan of Venetian Beauty's products and can't say enough about them. I had first heard about gold skin care products when I saw them featured by Dr. Oz on an episode of Oprah a couple years ago, and the brand that they highlighted in that episode was called Oro Gold Cosmetics. . I decided to visit Oro Gold's website, and while I'm sure their products work great, I just can't afford to add them to my skin care routine. $300 for an eye serum? I don't have that kind of money to spend on my ENTIRE skin care regimen, let alone on just one item.
So I sought an alternative, and was happy to find Venetian Beauty through an internet search. Their products are the same formulations that you'd find with Oro Gold, but at a fraction of the price. For instance, Venetian Beauty's 24K Gold Eye Serum sells for $89, less than 1/3rd the price of Oro Gold's, and like I mentioned - there is no difference in the product.
This eye serum has worked great for me. As a mother of three, you can probably guess that I don't get enough sleep, and it really showed in my under-eye area -- puffiness, bags, dark circles. This eye serum has gotten rid of all that. This serum also helps get rid of wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes (called "crow's feet"), and while those aren't too much of a problem for me yet, you could faintly see the beginnings of fine lines around my eye, and this serum has been a great preventative measure before those wrinkles become too prominent. This serum diminished those lines completely.
I can't say enough about Venetian Beauty's products, and recommend them to anyone. Their pricing is great -- you can buy the 24K Gold Eye Serum for $89, or in a 2-pack for $136. Or, for even more savings, Venetian Beauty sells an Eye Definition System (available via Venetian Beauty's website and Amazon store), which combines the 24K Gold Eye Serum with the 24K Intensive Eye Gel for a total price of $117, a savings of $49 versus buying these two products individually.
