Powerball 250hz and 350hz Muscle Builder

You may be thinking, how can this tiny innocuous looking gadget help me build muscle? Thats just what I thought before I purchased this amazing little gyro ball.

Well it does so by spinning at a possible 15,000 rpm which generates over 40 pounds of force all of which is applied to the fingers, hands, wrists and arms and it does so in a non impact way making it the perfect aid for building arm strength no matter what your age or physical condition.

Perfect for golfers, tennis players and martial artists who need wrist and arm strength and for people with rsi or carpal tunnel syndrome as it can help to improve these conditions.

Most importantly the Powerball is highly addictive thanks to its built in computer/rev counter, it's one of those "just one more go" things as you try to beat your previous score but be warned your arms will seriously start to ache when that muscle burn kicks in.

How Powerball Works

There is a certain technique involved in getting the best results from the Powerball, when I first got mine I had some difficulty getting it going but with a little perseverance the technique is soon learned.

There is a small gyroscope inside the Powerball which once spinning gets faster and faster with your wrist movement the ball then causes resistance by means of inertia which in turn will be passed to your wrist and arm muscles, giving a great workout in only 5 minutes a day, some say as good an arm workout as using free weights.

I have been using mine for about 3 months now and can definitely see and feel a difference.

Advanced 350hz Metal Powerball

A word of warning the new 350hz Metal Powerballs are not for beginner Powerball users but are ideal if you have outgrown your 250hz model.

To begin with the Metal Powerballs are larger than the 250hz model and the inertia from them is almost double, these things are not toys but serious strength building machines and are not recommended for children or the elderly.

Designed more to workout the upper arm and shoulder rather than the wrist as you will need the help of your full body to hold onto these shiny little devils.
