3 Spiritual Health Tips to Keep Yourself More Healthy

When trying to keep healthy one important aspect not to forget is spiritual health. While being physically healthy and fit, forgetting spiritual health can be very unbalanced. A good way of looking at it is like the body is made up of three main elements.

1. Mind
2. Body
3. Spirit
Can we see Spiritual Health?
Interestingly enough so many of us have heard of spiritual health before, yet we ignore it alot of the time because it is something we cannot see or something the doctors cannot diagnose as well..
So back to my point, without good spiritual health you can also feel unwell inside. If you do not like the word spirit or spiritual just try to see it as the energy within all of us.. Below is a few (three) techniques to keep this element balanced and well fueled.
Three Tips for Spiritual Health
1. Regular Daily Meditation - One of the most powerful balancing techniques of our inner spiritual self and our inner health.. Effective Meditation has even been shown in many cases to heal major illnesses, sicknesses and stress.. To try a Guided Meditation.
2. Go to a Healer - If doing meditation yourself is too much for you, you can go to a qualified healer which can use there own meditation energies to help heal internally and spiritually.
3. Hypnotic Meditative Healing - This is a technique of putting someone in hypnosis and then opening them up to internal healing energies. This is the same as meditation, but will help those that need deeper states of healing with help. Another way of hypnotic meditation is with using Binaural Beats, which are sounds which help induce certain states of mind to allow a more spiritual connection.

Another powerful technique of spiritual healing is lucid dreaming. How this technique works is it is a form of conscious dreaming which allows a more inner connection to one self. At first this type of spiritual connection can take time, but can do wonders once in tune with this technique. The beauty of lucid dreaming is that allows us to use the time when we rest as a time for a deeper connection to ourselves.

This topic has always fascinated me. In my years as a Registered Nurse, I saw the benefit first hand of treating my patients as a whole in body, mind, and spirit. The body does not heal unless the mind and spirit are nurtured.
