We are happy to report that this Squidoo lens is a success story; i.e., the motivated seller found a really interested, pre-qualified buyer who finally closed at the end of August 2010! The proceeds have been deposited into the SELLER'S bank! Er, hello SELLER!!!

Did I say -- this was a MUST SELL?  Ladies and gentlemen, this house on Silversmith Lane in Jacksonville, FL 32216 was for sale with a motivated seller who I convinced to let me show this house to our via SquidZipper on Squidoo. I told the current owner that if you want to get your house seen, this would be the place. Sell that home on Squidoo with SquidZipper! O-M-G! And, we sold IT folks!!!!

Oh ... that motivated seller had added on a new roof, carpeting, cabinets, paint and really added a lot of tender loving care to fix the place up for that special buyer! Motivated Seller WAS Looking for a Serious Buyer! We are SO glad that SquidZipper was there for us to sell this home!
