Marina Jack's Restaurant

Marina Jack's restaurant is located downtown in the Sarasota Marina, right on Sarasota Bay. They have fine dining upstairs and casual dining on the first floor and outside on the patio. There is also a piano bar on the patio. Marina Jacks serves sunset dinners on their cruise ship, too. The best waterfront dining in Sarasota!

Waterfront Dining in Sarasota, Florida

This is the view of Marina Jack's restaurant we saw from Sarasota Bay when we made this video. Boaters can sail their boats in and dock for dinner in the restaurant. The patio area near the dock serves more casual food like hamburgers, hot dogs, salads and sandwiches.

The outdoor patio of Marina Jack's restaurant is visible in the lower left at the start of the video. Private yachts, motor boats and sailboats can be seen in Sarasota Bay. This is the view through the upstairs dining room window. If you want the window table, make a dinner reservation ahead of time.
The restaurant serves all kinds of seafood like salmon, grouper and other fish, crab, and lobster. Red meat lovers will be happy with their prime rib, steak, duck, lamb, chicken, and other meat entrees.

Marina Jack's has several different eating areas including two patio areas, inside ground floor, upstairs, and a cruise boat. This is just one sample menu. The last time we ate in the upstairs dining room, our food was delicious. I had the lobster tails and my husband had a special of the night - grouper fish.

It's interesting to walk around Sarasota Marina like I did and enjoy all the beautiful boats moored here. Every so often a bird flies by, too.

    Love Marina Jack's in Sarasota! I stayed on a sailboat there in 1993 the day after the storm of the century! We were there for one week. It was an awesome stay. Your lens brings back a lot of great memories for me. Thanks!!! 5*'s

Sarasota has its own middle sized airport. It's very easy to get around and we have not found it to be crowded in the past 5 years. Not all airlines fly here, so, you may need to fly into Tampa and drive down to Sarasota.
