Scottsboro Alabama is located in northern Alabama near Huntsville and Chattanooga, TN.
When I was a college student, in the early 1960's, my parents moved to Scottsboro, AL. When I went home on Christmas break that year, we had to stop and ask directions to my house. It was a strange feeling.
Although I only spent summers and holidays there, I did enjoy Scottsboro. And hubby and I were married there in 1964.
My parents moved back to South Carolina, and I have not returned to Scottsboro since the 1960's. As I prepared this site, I was amazed at the growth of the area and the amount of information I found on line about this little village.
Enjoy my trip down memory lane! And if you live near Scottsboro, do go visit! That Unclaimed Baggage Center sounds like fabulous fun!

- I live in Alabama but the only time I've been to Scottsboro was when I to the court house to file something in for work. I enjoy seeing lenses about Alabama.

- Since I graduated from Scottsboro High in 1966, I might can find some photos of the old school. Nice lens and yes, it sure has grown. I visited about 12 years ago, I think.
