The great thing about this book is once you start putting into practice about living in the moment, your life seems to just fall into place. Instead of thinking about the past and day dreaming about what may or may not happen in the future, this book is a refreshing read for those of you who have been down the self help route with books and found them all a little lacking.

I have read hundreds of self help, self development, spiritual development, angel guidance etc........ You name it I have most likely read it. However this is one of those books that stick with you and make everything you have ever read before just that bit more relevant or not as the case may be. With its powerful front cover - NOW - one word sums this up...... Not a particular easy thing to grasp if you are just used to reading simple handy tip manuals or non spiritual concept books but a complete eye opener and a feeling of everything falling into place and every question you have ever asked answered if like me you have been delving in the spiritual works of all and sundry.

Once you have read this book to keep yourself in the right frame of mind I highly recommend the practice of Now.
