This does not mean you should stop enjoying the food it just means that you should limit your intake and exercise self control and not go overboard.

You can get a flat stomach sleeping! - This is important for people training, a good night's sleep allows your muscles to relax and gives them the opportunity to rebuild and repair the damage we do during our workouts. And if you rest your body properly you will have a large amount of energy the next day, that you can pipe into your workout, the walking speed, etc and burn fat faster. A nice dream will certainly give you a flat stomach faster. Ok the dream may have nothing to do with it but you get the point right? Rest is one of the number one things, next to making sure you eat breakfast, that all fitness buffs will have in common.
