Taking short walks more often guarantees a flatter stomach.
- Read nutrition labels and get a flat stomach! - When you eat you could be looking at the calories all the time, but try to find the serving size for example, if a bar of chocolate has x number of calories per serving and that chocolate bar has 4 servings then you may be consuming too much. This does not mean you should stop enjoying the food it just means that you should limit your intake and exercise self control and not go overboard.
