dating trends--older women, younger men

Yes, i'm a girl who prefers younger men. Since my divorce 3 1/2 years ago, i've only dated younger men. I do, however, object to the term 'cougar' and if you dare call me a 'milf', you could get punched in the face. Now i realize that there are many people, men and women alike, who see these terms as compliments. I.AM.NOT.ONE.OF.THEM.

In my opinion, they are derogatory terms which characterize older women who date younger men in a purely sexual way. 'Cougar' is a term that implies the woman is a predator hunting for prey; younger men to take home and sleep with. SO.NOT.ME. Though the 'milf' is not necessarily out on the prowl, she also is not a mom i'd like to love, a mom i'd like to get to know. She's a mom i'd like to f*ck...purely sexual.

In fact, the reasons i prefer to date younger men really have nothing to do with sex. I like their flexibility and sense of adventure. I appreciate their strength, humor, openness, youth, and passion. Older men are soooo much less fun to spend time with. They tend to be overly serious and worried about their 'status' in life, their careers, impressing people they meet. Everything is life and death with them. Life is too short to view things so damn seriously. Younger men realize this.

*An older woman is forthright and honest. You'll be told quickly if you are a jerk or acting like one. A young woman will say nothing, caring what you might think of her. An older woman doesn't give a damn.

*Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to an older woman. They always just know.

*An older woman will never wake you up in the middle of the night and ask you, "What are you thinking?" An older woman doesn't care what you think.

*An older woman knows who she is, what she is, what she wants, and from whom. Not wishy-washy at all.

*Although a wrinkle or two, an older woman is far sexier than her younger counterpart.

*Older women are dignified. They are beyond having a screaming match with you in the middle of the night in a public park.

*Older women know what kegel exercises are.

*Older women are experienced. They understand that sometimes, after 12 beers, a boy just can't get it up. A younger woman may need some time to grasp this fact.

* The older a woman gets, the stronger her libido gets and the older a man gets, the weaker his libido gets... which is why nature intended young guys to go out with older women and young women to go out with older men.

* An older woman will never get pregnant and then suddenly demand that the two of you get married. In fact, if you impregnate an older woman, you will probably be the last to know.

* Older women have jobs with dental plans. Younger women can't help you when your teeth get knocked out playing hockey.

* An older woman will never accuse you of stealing the best years of her youth because chances are someone else has stolen them first.
