Hubbard, Ohio now has a place to shop for Vintage Jewelry, gifts, glassware, collectibles, ceramics, some pet supplies, Books and Videos that are new and gently used, all natural handmade soap, floral arrangements...

Also, they will have sidewalk sales on nice days to give you an even bigger bargain !
When you buy Vintage jewelry, a piece of beautiful old glassware, a good used book or video... you not only save money, but you are helping to save our planet too by keeping these things out of the landfills.
Hubbard, Ohio does NOT want a landfill so help us to reduce/reuse/recycle !

They will have a Sidewalk sale most days that the gift shop is open (Wednesdays and Sundays noon to 5pm - Thursdays through Saturdays 10 to 5:00pm) and that the weather isn't too bad.

We also offer some items on Freecycle from time to time to keep them out of the landfills - so watch your local Freecycle for details.

So, stop on over at 6177 Youngstown-Hubbard Road in Hubbard, Ohio and welcome the new store into town and help to keep things out of landfills at the same time !
From downtown Hubbard or the High School area, take Route 62/7 (Youngstown-Hubbard Road) it is the road between the DQ and CVS.
Go up the road about 2 miles and it is on the right side.
It is just before Bell-Wick Road.

Diana's Hand-Sewn and All Natural Products are getting more local recognition.

A local Hubbard, Ohio store has asked me to bring in a display of my All Natural handmade products and some of my hand sewn items to sell them in her downtown store right in the center of town.
The store is:
Fabulous Interiors LLC at 18 West Liberty Street - an upscale resale furniture and accessories store. Here you will find a unique collection of used, newly upholstered, and painted furniture. You can also get design help for your own home for a reasonable fee.

This lady has a store in town with furniture and other things - she also does interior design...
She found my website and emailed me in early December about putting some of my things in her store !
I emailed her back and will go to meet with her about it.
I hope she knows that it is JUST me and not a whole crew that makes my things and that my hand-sewn items take time and are one-of-a-kind.

Update mid December:
I am putting together a nice display of a little bit of everything so she can see them up close and then we will talk percentages and we will go from there.

This is so exciting !

The only problem is that I have been so busy helping my Mom and oldest daughter & helping a friend get her business going that I am way behind in my own work.

I have several folks waiting for my soap to be ready and others are waiting for the herbs for my newest body balm "Baby My Skin" to finish infusing so I can get a batch done.

My perfumes are mostly sold out too and they also take many months to make.

Update 1-2-10
It went great !
The local store owner liked everything I took & will display it all & will even give out my business cards for 30% of the sales.
It was a little more than I thought - I was thinking 25% BUT because she will give out my cards, I am looking at the other 5% as advertising.
She was so nice and her and her husband are very talented too.
They reclaim furniture... she does the painting and faux-finishing and he does the upholstering.
Their store is Fabulous Interiors in Hubbard, Ohio.
Such beautiful work !
It is just the kind of store that my oldest daughter and I would love to have.
They really stress reduce, reuse and recycling too - awesome !

Update!
Since I have my own store at 6177 Youngstown-Hubbard Road now, I have my items there instead of at Fabulous Interiors.
I hope you'll shop at both places for your home decor and gift needs !
