Hi, I'm Paula Henry!

I'm a realtor here in Avon, IN specializing in assisting homeowners in Buying or Selling Condos, and Residential property in and around Avon Indiana.

My goal with this page is to share my personal take on living in Avon, IN, and to give you a place to sound off on your favorite places around town, too.

So first, let's look at the town of Avon, Indiana. Avon is located west of Indianapolis about 10 miles from the circle center of Indianapolis, and a few miles from the Indianapolis International Airport.

The main road through town is US 36, also known as Rockville Rd. This is where most all the shopping, grocers and restaurants are located. You'll find your favorite essential stores are available within the town limits, as well as some great specialty stores and spas.

North and South of US 36 is mostly dedicated to residential homes and condos.

The average home price in Avon is $144,000, and the most expensive homes around $1,000,000. The schools are top rated in the state and the city boasts two excellent parks; Avon Town Hall Park and Washington Towship Community Park.

Avon is a great community of people, where you can enjoy a bit of country while living close to the city.
