Welcome to North Webster
As a lake community - one lake in town but 12 within a drive of less than 15 minutes - water sports are a highlight year round. Fishing, skiing, boating, swimming and ice fishing are all favorites.
The local school district is one of the only ones in the state that require a PE credit in swimming and have a tri-athelon as a graduation requirement for its able bodied students. It is a rural community with much farming and hunting so education of hunting is also a part of the school curriculum. Safety is a concern that brings these all to the school system.
