They meticulously review the hiring needs of over 250,000 legal employers in an attempt to bring the full spectrum of information to one centralized location. This is not limited to law firms however, they also include the legal hiring needs of corporations, government offices, think tanks, and public interest organizations all over the United States. They do not charge these companies and organizations anything for the posting of their job openings because this might limit the choices available to the user. They aggressively hunt down job in the legal sector and investigate each one appropriately.

People are often of the mind that they can search through the legal job listings themselves, naturally they are wrong. The work LawCrossing does is time consuming and confusing, over 150 employees spend hours compiling listings from over 10,000 websites in an effort to accurately portray all of the possible job openings.
