GIFTING PROGRAMS . . . are they really illegal?
____________________________________________________________

I was recently challenged to take another objective look at "GIFTING".

I had received a private email from a trusted colleague inviting me to participate in one such program. Already biased against the idea because of some rather extensive exposure to current blogs calling it everything from scam to fraud, I almost ignored the email completely. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt however, because the email made me a promise I couldn't pass up.

So, flying in the face of conventional wisdom, and completely shining-on the blasts in many blogs so adamently opposed to gifting, I began my research again. Here is what I've learned . . .

I'll begin with the dictionary's definition of the term. "Gifting - give something: to give or concede something to somebody as a gift".

In very simple layman's terms, Gifting is merely the process of sending & receiving gifts to & from someone else. If you've ever given any friend or a relative a gift for their birthday etc, you have given a gift. Likewise, if you have ever received a gift from a friend or relative, you have received a gift. A gifting program is simply that process of sending and receiving gifts amongst the members of the gifting community.

Pertaining to our subject more directly, the basic idea concerning gifting programs is that existing members of a gifting program receive cash gifts from new members as they join.

So, when you join a community for the first time, you will send a cash gift to someone else who is already a member of the network.

Then when newer people choose to join the same program, they will send a cash gift to you. As a member of a program, you can receive multiple gifts from hundreds and thousands of people as they join the same network.

One of the first concerns about these programs is whether or not they are legal businesses. In fact, they are not a business at all, in any way, shape or form.

Gifting should never be confused for a work from home opportunity, or business practice of any nature. They are nothing more than a friendly community of people who enjoy sending and receiving gifts.

That is no more a business than exchanging gifts on Birthdays or Christmas, or the seven days of Cha·nu·kah. So when the question arises, "are gifting programs legal"? The answer of course is - Yes, 100%. Is it legal to send a gift to someone else? YES! Is it legal to receive a gift from someone else? YES! If that's all they do, it is absolutely, totally and completely legal and ethical.

This may be one reason gifting is so popular - it's simplicity & upfront honesty! People have realized that most money making programs are expensive, very complicated, require constant work and advertising, and often make promises which they never deliver. Most are deceptive, filled with hype and lies, and leave one high and dry when it all goes wrong! Over-all, they're just more hassle than they're worth.

However, I've discovered that true gifting is completely different in every possible respect.

It makes no false claims or promises. It doesn't hide behind some pretend product that is either worthless or doesn't even exist at all. There is no business to run, because it's NOT a business.

There is no complicated work to do. There are no customers to find or teams to train. No monthly quotas to reach, or inventory to stock. There's nothing to learn or explain. You simply give gifts to some people, and receive gifts from other people.

It really couldn't get any easier. Beyond the ultimate simplicity of the program, gifting also has a huge potential for the income one can make. Many genuinely can make hundreds of thousands of dollars over a relatively short period of time, and that is obviously appealing to a lot of people (especially considering how easy some actual programs are).

High income potential, simplicity & honesty, are quickly making gifting the number one choice among ordinary people who are sick & tired of the false hype surrounding so many other income opportunities.

So what would a typical fair and honest gifting system look like? Let's assume that we're talking about one being promoted online.

Say You begin by sending a gift of $5 to 5 members of a network whose emails appear on a certain website - so you pay out a total of $25 in gifts. Once you've sent these gifts, you can then claim your own free member's website just like the one that invited you: a website with 5 email addresses on it, with your email address in the number 1 position, and 4 other emails below your's.

When other people join the network from your site, those new members are also given their own site, with their own email address in the number 1 position, and your email address is moved down to the number 2 spot below them. So if 10 people joined from your personal site, there will now be 10 sites with your email in the second spot.

Next, when those 10 people each get another 10 to participate, your email is moved down to the number 3 position on 100 sites. Every time a new member joins the network, you receive a $5 gift and your email is moved down the scale until it reaches the number 5 location. By this stage you would have your email displayed on over 10,000 other members sites, and be receiving $5 gifts from all of them.

When people hear the word "pyramid", they instantly panic and think "scam".

Let me just explain something to you. Mathematically speaking, every single government on the planet is a pyramid structure. So is every military, every business with employees, every social club, and even organized religions are all pyramids.

A pyramid is the most universal structure in the world, and you are involved in some type of pyramid structure everyday of your life.

If you've ever had a job, you've been involved in a pyramid, (and you've most likely been at the bottom of it). So YES, many gifting programs are based on a pyramid structure just like everything else. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. In fact a pyramid structure is the only way for anything to work properly - which is why governments, the military, businesses, and religions, ALL operate on a pyramid format.

Maybe I've made my point, but giving away $25 still seems like a ridiculous thing to do, especially these days. I feel ya, and I would have agreed except for some forces of nature that stand unopposed.

Think about it - GRAVITY will pull you down, regardless of your attempts to defy it. Face it - sooner or later your rocket will run out of fuel . . .

Another natural law is CAUSE & EFFECT. One motion sets others in motion that eventually effect their cause. Considering with that, the LAW of AVERAGES, sooner or later one of your motions will effect things in your favor.

The greatest baseball players strike out more times than they get a hit. Pro golfers rarely get a hole-in-one. Few bowlers roll the perfect 300 game, and pro quarterbacks throw more incomplete passes than touchdowns. But they keep trying because they all know - sooner or later their motions will effect things in their favor.

If you've gone on a date with your significant other lately, you probably spent $25 or more on dinner and a show or some other form of entertainment. How much of your investment has a possibility of returning to you? Even if you went to a horse race or casino to gamble, odds are you didn't win. Does that mean you'll stop going out? I seriously doubt it . . .

Okay, enough of that - I'm NOT trying to rain on anyone's parade. I'm simply trying to make a point that we all regularly spend $25 thinking nothing of it, without any hope of a possible return. What if instead . . .

My research took me much deeper into this subject than space allows here.

That's al for now. Thank's for your interest, and May You Truly Prosper Always!

Land's End

Map Out a Solution

Suffice it to say that I know too well from personal experience how hard it is to find an honest opportunity that actually delivers on its promise to help You make honest and consistent money.

You're reading this right now, so You have probably been likewise discouraged. I could certainly harp on that much more (and I do elsewhere), but the purpose of this is to offer You a lasting solution to our mutual aggravation.

I intend to deliver the remedy in the form of critical reviews.

While there are other review sites, most of them use a scale to indicate a sliding degree of what they rank as "best". At my site, I only post reviews that I have already conluded to be at the very top of anyone's scale. Likewise, You won't find a bad review there, because sites that have earned one are'nt worth the time or space it takes to post a negative notice.

It takes a while to research the sea of offers available online today. There is no way that any site could come close to offering an exhaustive list of them all. As time passes, and more reviews are posted, older ones will be removed form my live pages and placed into archive files. I will make those accessible for my readers, so they can conduct their own research.

My determination of a prospect being deemed "best', is the result of a comparison to other similar offers. Obviously, since my primary intention in providing this service is to eliminate Your exasperation, the Main Qualifier is Whether or Not an Offer Keeps its Promise to Make You Money!

I invite You to visit my review site at: http://newestbizopps.com
