Delightful (and delicious-looking) group of recipes for a 4th of July Cookout! Our family favorite menu for the 4th has evolved into a standard over the years of grilled brats (in buns), macaroni/shrimp salad, and dessert. We've also made 'beer-can-chicken' on many other occasions, though ours is not BBQ'd :). Our family LOVES to Grill. Congrats on your Purple Star - it's 'well-deserved'. Excellent suggestions for a 4th of July Cookout.

Well, my favorite thing to eat on the 4th or any OTHER day is french fries (and a chocolate shake), but I'm not eating (or drinking) either these days. Tryin' to be good. Anyhow, just had to stop by and see what you created. I'm a big fan of your lenses. I love how you set this up and featured so many other lenses.

Wow - what a great idea. Was just thinking a few days ago that a person wouldn't have to go any further than Squidoo for really good tried and true recipes. Thanks for including one of mine. Two that I'd like to try are the Cola Barbecue Sauce and the Cold Brew Coffee.

Great lens celebrating the foods of summer! Thank you for featuring my Hawaiian potato salad. It is my favorite summer recipe and it is delicious! Blessed.

I like both my spicy potato salad AND my special eight layer salad -- that one takes a bit longer to make, but it is such a hit with everyone. We've got ourselves going to two different 4th of July parties -- so it will be a busy day for us.

I love the traditional 4th foods! A little bit of each (1 -2 nibbles) would send me ;) Thank you for featuring my lenses!

My family has always eaten watermelon on the 4th...delicious!

It all sounds good. I love barbeque but right now a hamburger, some of the Hawaiian Potato Salad and a slice of Rhubarb pie sounds the best.
