I have been an acne victim since my teenage years. I hoped that when I reach adulthood, my acne will disappear. Unfortunately, I still get acne break outs occasionally. So I am always on the look out for natural acne treatments.
I have experimented with some homemade face mask for treating my acne. Here are a few acne facial l mask recipes that worked for me.

1. Tea Tree Oil Face Masks For Acne
Tea Tree Oil is known for its anti bacterial, anti fungal and anti viral properties which contributed towards reducing acne.There are two ways to make the Tea Tree Oil Face Mask.
1. Mix tea tree oil with aloe vera gel
Mix one teaspoons of tea tree oil with one ounce of aloe as a start. Gradually increase the number of tea tree oil concentration.
2. Tea tree oil mixed with distilled water
Mix one teaspoons of tea tree oil with about 3 teaspoons of water
2. Apple Cider Vinegar Face Masks For Acne
Leave the apple cider vinegar facial acne mask for about 30 minutes or so and then wash it off with water.
3. Baking Soda Face Masks For Acne
Baking soda is a common ingredient in acne face masks because of its neutralizing and cleansing properties.Mix baking soda (not baking powder!) with water to make paste. Apply the paste evenly on the affected areas.
Keep the mask for 10 minutes and wash off with water.
4. Honey Face Masks For Acne
Honey is well known for its anti inflammatory, anti bacterial properties.To make the honey face mask.
Mix honey and lemon juice in equal quantities and apply it over your skin.
Leave this mask on for about 20 minutes and then wash it off.
5. Egg Yolk Masks For Acne
Egg Yolks are well known for containing Vitamin A, which is good for scarring.To make the Egg Yolk acne face mask, whip up an egg yolk, add a few drops of lemon. Apply it to your skin for 20 minutes. Wash off.
