Cancer is a disease caused by the growth of cells that are abnormal and uncontrolled, which generally form a lump. Cancer cells can spread through the bloodstream or lymph system to other parts of the body which is called metastasis. Types of Cancer are : gastrointestinal cancer, stomach, pancreas, colon, rectum, throat / esophagus, breast, skin, prostate, ovary, cervix, endometrium, liver, lungs and bladder.

Cancer occurs as a result of gene mutations (gene changes) are triggered by the presence of foreign substances that are carcinogens (cancer originator) that goes into our bodies.

Here are five recommendations for cancer prevention since the early day :

Eat Healthy Food

Avoiding fatty foods, salt, and calories, as well as sugary drinks can also reduce the risk of cancer. Similarly Reduce intake of meat, especially processed meat. Foods rich in fiber such as fruits and vegetables are the most appropriate choice for the body so our body will not easily attacked by the disease.

Exercise Regularly

Move your body for at least 30 minutes per day can help you avoid cancer and make your heart healthier and reduce the fat in the waist. Just do simple movements such as walking.

For Women, at least Breastfeeding for 6 Months

After childbirth, mothers should breastfeed exclusively for 6 months, then introduce other types of liquids to the baby. Scientific evidence suggests breastfeeding can reduce the risk of cancer later in life and prevent obesity in babies.

Reduce Consumption of Supplements

No evidence of cancer prevention when taking supplements is effective in reducing the risk of the disease. In fact, some supplements are proven to have harmful side effects.
