50cc Moped

My wife and I are thinking about moving into the city, but there's so much that goes along with it. Our biggest concern about moving into the city, is transportation. We both decided that we want to avoid using our cars, and possibly get rid of them completely. Parking is terrible anyways, so having a car would just be non sense for us. We decided that maybe getting a moped of some sort would put us in the right direction.

After some research here and there, I narrowed it down to a 50cc moped that we both like. 50cc mopeds are fantastic vehicles and are super efficient, reliable, and exactly what we need for the city life. The moped that I'm looking at gets 80 miles to the gallon, and is suppose to be perfect for driving around cities.

When it comes to transportation on a college campus, walking is the last thing a student wants to do. I know from experience, one of my classes last semester was almost a mile away from my apartment. I don't know about anyone else, but I would not want to be walking close to a mile a day, to my class. Throughout this article I will discuss the best transportation for a college student. What's the cheapest, most efficient, and fastest way to travel on a college campus?

To answer the question above, well that's of course a fee campus bus! But second to that is a 50cc moped! 50cc Mopeds can be a reliable, affordable way to travel from class to class. These amazing vehicles can get anywhere from 60-120 miles to the gallon. That beats any car on the market today.

The mopeds can be driven with style, comfort, and speed! And to top it off you can have a passenger as well! So if you and your buddy want to get to class together, you can both hop on the moped and take it out for a ride.

As for a 50cc moped, their great for someone of a smaller built body, and lesser in weight. I wouldn't suggest anyone over 180 lbs going on a 50cc vehicle. Although it will most definitely hod someone of this weight, over time the vehicle will most likely break or run bad. A 50cc is ideal for kids, or young adults. They can be used for a lot of different things. If you live in the city 50cc mopeds are a great alternative to driving cars. Why is this?

Well one great reason would be the fact that they get an absurd amount of mpg. Mpg being Miles per gallon. And we all know how gas prices are now of days. Up and down and up and down, who knows where there going to be. With mopeds such as a 50cc moped, these babies can reach up to 100 mpg. Sounds ridiculous but its fact!

Are you sick of driving your car all over the place now of days. Gas is getting out of control in some places around the world. Heck I can't even drive to the store to get milk without spending 5 dollars on gas. Now 5 dollars may not seem like a lot, but believe me 5 dollars adds up very, very quickly. Now there's got to be another way around driving your car to do such pointless, quick errands. Some people ride bikes, walk, hitch rides. Well me on the other hand, ride my moped.
I have a 50cc moped which takes me from point A to point B fast, and efficiently. My moped gets over 100 miles to the gallon. Now lets think of that. My car gets 17 miles to the gallon. Now some simple math can show you how much more efficient my moped really is. 83 miles to the gallon more then my car gets. 83 miles to the gallon more! That's ridiculous!

Now I wouldn't say go out and completely eliminate your car completely. But for quick errands, lets say...grabbing a gallon a milk from the corner store, or picking up your brother from a friends house down the street. There's no need to use a car. Just jump on the moped and you'll be there and back in no time and waste almost no money or gas period. Why get in a big vehicle and waste an absurd amount of gas to go right down the street and back again?

Everyone now of day's needs to be more concerned with these types of situations. Even if our economy was way better then it is right now, just think of the money you could be saving ether way. For things down the road that are more important. Everyone needs to consider getting a moped, or moped scooter of some sort. Whether its a 50cc moped, 150cc moped, or whatever it may be. I just feel that everyone should have an alternate way of transportation to do little errands and things of that such. It just makes too much sense, and more people should take advantage of it.
