- Sweet Ride. OK How'd ya do it. I have been wanting to put a bigblock mopar in my 52 since day one. I know I gotta cut some stuff, but my biggest issue to date is the steering box. Modifying the firewall/floorpans/tranny tunnel is no big deal. I have been trying to avoid subframing the car, but am running out of clues on how to make this swap. Please(PLEASE!!) help! I am at my wits end and ABSOLUTELY do not want another cookie cutter SBC. Any bit of info or advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
