5621 Porsche Carrera Aviator Sunglasses

The Porsche Design 5621 sunglasses have interchangeable lenses. Like all Carrera Porsche Design sunglasses, the gold and titanium silver frame features a center hinge that raises to allow the interchangeable lenses to be swapped out and inserted into prongs on the frame. Then, the hinge clamps down to hold the lens in place. This was a real innovation in sunglasses design and great to allow for different lenses in different light conditions, but it also made it hard to keep them in good condition due to the handling and clamping of the lenses.
