1957 Ford, Old Funky Flatbed Truck

1957 Ford flatbed
This 1957 Ford started life as a pickup, but in the mid 60s was modified into a motorhome by stretching the frame about 5 feet and mounting a Travette trailer on the back.
At the same time a mid 60s FE block ford motor and 5sp trans were added, these feeding into a 3sp Brownie box, 15 sps forward, 3 in reverse.
I got the truck in the early 90s, took the house off the back and built a 14ft flatbed for it. I hinged the flatbed to make it a dump bed, but never installed hydraulics, I just chained the headache rack to the bucket on my loader and lifted, that worked great.

pulled the flatbed out of the weeds and it is in the driveway, ready to load on the equipment trailer, it will just barely fit, the trailer has a 16 foot bed, the truck has a 15' 6" wheelbase
