Can you hear the chirps?

Yes, it's a million and more constantly flashing through your screen. People from all walks of life are coming together to share ideas, worldly news, technology and answers to questions which might have otherwise crossed your mind. I'm amazed at how 140 letters can convey so much action to a legion of followers.

It's only my second week tweeting and who knew the @ was suppose to be in place in order to reply. But that's OK, I make note of it and LOL. I can chat right? So I post updates from my blog and come back and there's over a hundred waiting for me to follow back. What do I do?

I'm just a student who wants to learn more about the business of internet marketing but I don't want spam. I want genuine folks with smiles and warm welcomes. Not affiliate linkers and bots sweeping me up by my posts.

Geek There's one in all of us and this one's my favorite. A Geek's Guide To Promoting Yourself by Geekpreneur. This goes deep into the toys which we can find a gem or two to play with.

Philosopher A rendition of Dale Carnegie's book How to Follow Friends and Tweet People by Cliff Teo will give you a mental rub into the mechanics of networking on Twitter.

Social Animal Twitter Marketing by Chris Vendilli will let you in on how you can integrate Twitter to your other favorites like MySpace and Facebook.

Rebel David Risley's Twitter Manual is no-nonsense report that will get you up from your chair and say 'Yeah!' He just says it like it is, you get what you put in.
