CHANGE YOUR THINKING, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!
Sounds so simple that we often miss this part completely. We acknowledge the wrinkles, the aches and pains, etc. but we more often than not pay little attention to the way we think.
Our thoughts define us, if you don't believe me, look in the mirror or notice that person on the street with a scowl on their face.
Our belief system is created by what our thoughts are continually focused on. NOW DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION?
CHANGE YOUR THINKING, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!

Continue to think how you think and you get more of what you already got. You have the best creative system ever known to mankind called your EMOTIONAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM.
This system has two temperatures - either you feel good, or you feel bad. If you feel good, then you are thinking positive thoughts, if you feel bad, you are thinking negative thoughts. SIMPLE ENOUGH?
Not so fast. Simple enough in theory but not in practice. Your emotions are your first clue as to how you are feeling in any moment during the day. The best trick in life to learn is how to feel good every day.
Your EMOTIONAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM tells you how you feel, you either feel good or you feel bad.
Since our goal is to feel GOOD most of the time, how can we use our "thoughts" and our EMOTIONAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM to reach that goal on a daily basis?
GOOD QUESTION... thought you'd never ask....
Our feelings (emotions) are constantly telling us not only how we are thinking but how we are perceiving things whether inside or outside of ourselves.
HOW A MAN THINKS IS HOW HE IS!!!
Ever find yourself in a bad mood and want to chop someone's head off?
Ever have a private conversation playing over and over in your head about what someone has done to you?
Or....how something is about to happen and it will create.....?
We all have. The trick is to investigate and be aware of the thoughts behind these feelings and shift your thinking....
Pay attention to YOUR EMOTIONAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM alerting you.
Remember, YOU CANNOT CHANGE WHAT YOU CANNOT SEE
Our thoughts can make us healthy or unhealthy, rich or poor, happy or unhappy, that is how powerful our creative system is.
Using this powerful creative system to create what we want by changing our thoughts is the beginning of living a more VIBRANT LIFE and BEATING THE CLOCK!
CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!
Here's three key exercises:
As you work with these exercises over the next couple of weeks, you will begin to get in touch with your Emotional Guidance System and be aware of how it alerts you to your feelings.
EXERCISE #1
Sit in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
Notice the random thoughts going thru your head - now focus on your breathing, breath in slowly and breath out slowly while you continue to notice your thoughts.
Do this every day, twice a day and just notice, don't try to change anything.
EXERCISE #2
During your day, check in with yourself every hour and ask yourself how you feel?
It only takes a second and builds a good habit of being aware of how and where you are. At the end of the day notice if you felt good most of the day or you felt bad most of the day.
Also notice how much of the day was spent in bad feelings like worry, fear or anger.
EXERCISE #3
Repeat Exercise #2 Throughout the day, only add to your awareness when you are feeling bad, what thought is behind that bad feeling. Just notice, do not try to change anything yet.

So much of the stress in our lives begins with the perceptions and thoughts that have us to react to what happens in life.
There's a recession, suddendly we are consumed with thoughts of lack. What if I lose my job? What if I can't pay my bills? What if, What if, What if. These thoughts and images we hold create the stress in the first place and then perpetuate it.
In order to manage stress we have to nip these thoughts in the bud. So...we are right back to being aware of our thoughts.
