The six week body makeover is not about diets, magic pills, strenuous exercise or fad diets. The diet is about learning how to eat correctly based on your specific body type. Each persons body reacts differently to the food they consume and learning how your bodies metabolism reacts to various foods will help you eat the right foods to burn calories, even without working out.
Each person that starts this diet takes a body blueprint. The body blueprint has 48 questions which asks the user what type of body they have, eating habits, how active you are and where you tend to gain weight. You will be placed as either an A, B, C, or D based on the answers given on the body blue print. Type A people have slow metabolisms and should focus on eating a low amount of carbohydrates and a higher amount of lean meats such as eggs, seafood and turkey. Body Type B's have higher metabolisms, but should still regulate their carbohydrate intake to complex carbs. Body Type C's can eat both simplex and complex carbs, however they should limit the amount that they eat. C bodies should stay away from red meat as it is easy for the to bulk up. D people need to eat more red meat and lean proteins as they should generate more lean muscle mass to burn calories.
