This lens proves that Giant Squids and anyone creating great lenses are not aliens. It simply takes some serious thought, lots of discipline and effort. I have some hope. And now this lens also gives me some clear guidance.

Great Lens building tips. It seems that the lens masters that succeed are creatures of habit. As you have shared with us the pains they have all gone through to find out what really works as a successful lens builder.

Thank you N376 for the reassurance!

This gave me some great advice. I greatly appreciate it. I always did a little research before deciding to do a subject but I never thought of checking out what eBay and Amazon and other affiliates had on it first. Now I will be doing that, before I start my lens. I think this will help me out so much. Thanks everyone for sharing these great tips. And 5*s for you being generous enough to make a lens like this.

I'm a virgin squid, getting a lot of good ideas here to help me get my feet wet. Now I can jump right in - it's a big sea out there, but the water's fine!

I will certainly think about my 7 things and send them to you. I have learned so much in the time that I have been here. So many ideas, but too little time! So the thing I am really working on the moment is time management to be more effective.

Blessings to you for a great and helpful lens.
