The 7 Chakra Centres
The chakras represent energy centres located throughout the body's energy field. Through these chakra centre's we can understand the constant flow of energy through and around our bodies. The word Chakra comes from the Sanskrit for "wheel". Chakra's can be balanced through many different methods such as; using crystals, chakra meditation, reiki, spiritual healing, sound and vibrations. There are seven main energy centres' that allow the flow of energy to your aura. These energy centres are associated with the wellbeing of our body.

The Brow or Third Eye Chakra
This chakra is the sixth chakra and is known as the brow chakra or third eye center. It is located in the centre of the forehead and is indigo in color. It is associated with the act of seeing, both physically and intuitively. As such it opens our spiritual perception and therefore giving us a greater understanding of spirituality.
